About us
Everyday support with M.A Service & Reinigung
We support families and individuals in challenging situations — for example after an operation, with serious illness, during pregnancy or after childbirth. Our team provides practical relief at home so you can focus on your health and your family.
Depending on your needs, we can help with household tasks, cleaning and laundry, shopping and meals, everyday accompaniment and childcare. Our service is everyday and household support; it does not replace medical treatment or nursing care.

Home help for illness, surgery, pregnancy & childbirth
For illness, surgery or certain treatments, section 38 SGB V is particularly relevant. Pregnancy and childbirth are governed by section 24h SGB V. Child supervision and care can form part of home help; your health insurance fund assesses eligibility and scope.

From care level 1
Everyday support & relief services
From care level 1, those in need of care are entitled to the monthly relief amount from the care insurance fund. It can be used for help in the household, everyday companionship or relief at home. From care level 2, you can add extra hours through substitute care (Verhinderungspflege).

Cost coverage via health insurance
Home help for illness, surgery, pregnancy or childbirth
If illness, surgery or certain medical treatment means you cannot continue running your household, home help may be available under section 38 SGB V. For pregnancy and childbirth, section 24h SGB V applies when you cannot run the household and no other person living in the household can take over. Childcare can be part of the approved home help.

Support for families
Childcare when parents need support
If illness, an operation, a hospital stay or pregnancy makes it temporarily impossible to run your household, we can support your family with caring, age-appropriate childcare at home. We discuss your children’s routines with you and agree on the practical help needed. Childcare may form part of health-insurance-funded home help where the statutory conditions are met; ordinary babysitting is not automatically covered.
