Yes. With a recognised care level you can use, for example, the relief amount of €131 per month, and from care level 2 also substitute care (Verhinderungspflege). After illness, surgery or during pregnancy your health insurance additionally covers home help (§38 SGB V). We advise you and bill your insurer directly.
