2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Hostinger). When you visit, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data on our behalf, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and stable presentation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the server temporarily stores technical information (browser type, operating system, date and time of access, requested file, referrer). This serves security and the operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data.

4. Contact and request form

If you contact us via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, your message, and where applicable details on the service or care level) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Applications

Data you provide via the application form is processed solely to handle your application (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, Section 26 BDSG). If no employment results, the data is deleted within six months, unless you consent to longer storage.

6. Email delivery

Confirmation and notification emails are sent via the SMTP server of our agency mailbox (Hostinger). The content is your enquiry data; it is not used for any other purpose.

7. Cookies and reach measurement

We use only technically necessary cookies (e.g. session, your cookie choice). For reach measurement we use our own cookieless method: a daily-rotating, non-reversible hash without storing your IP address and without third parties. 8. WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. apply. We process the data you send us there solely to handle your enquiry.

9. Your rights
